One of the most well known events in Sydney is the Vivid Festival, drawing in a staggering 1.7 million people across 23 days.

At the heart of the festival is a celebration of light, creativity and innovation focused on inspiring and building audiences and markets for the creative industries, and offering professional development opportunities across the sector.

Traditionally, the Vivid festival has always had a slight startup theme woven through it, however this year there is a particularly heavy emphasis on innovative technology and entrepreneurship, with Vivid Ideas.

If you’re in Australia between May 27th and June 18th and you are serious about growing your startup there are a number of events at this year’s Vivid festival that are are not to be missed.
