Carve out time, energy, human capital, and budgets. Startups are the engine of our economies. The communities they form, the talent they recruit, the products they make, the jobs they create, and the lives they improve can all be leveraged to transform communities. 

3 Tips on how startups can scale their sales globally

1. Build a sales operating system that matches the way your customers want to acquire your product or service.

2. Understand if your GTM strategy is direct vs through a partner or a little bit of both. Make sure your unit economics support your GTM engine.  

3. Build a sales team to match your GTM strategy, freemium, enterprise, etc. 

How do you hire for sales without a sales background? What are 3 qualities that make an outstanding sales rep from a good one?
